The Best Of Both

Even though we all wish we really could (including myself) we cant just depend on exercise alone to keep us in tip-top shape, we have to eat and drink the right foods. A home-cooked healthy meal is always better for you than greasy fish and chips down the local chippy. It also saves some pennies for you and your parents meaning more money for you in the sales.
Now I'm not saying that we cant still have the occasional take away but give yourself a challenge and have once every two weeks or even longer, because we all know that we have to keep a balanced diet so it would be wrong to cut them out permanently, and if you don't have them regularly it will seem more like a treat. Some home made meals are delicious and some are unbearable but try to eat them anyway everyday because its helps your waistline and your mind.
Try ditching the chicken and chips after school.
